SueB and Don came aboard @ 0830 with mail and amazon packages. Thanks guys. Also a little Christmas gift. It was SueB’s birthday and we gave her pecans and serenity prayer. They drove and off we went to the golf course grill and we all had breakfast. After breakfast they dropped us off at the base gym. We worked out and took long showers. It was a three mile walk back to Serenity, but a nice sunny day and it was along the beach trail.
We had lunch, relaxed for a while and had coffee. Bought ice at the marina and filled our fresh water tank. We kind of organized the boat making ready for an early departure tomorrow. We walked to the beach area as the sun neared the horizon. We had soup and peanut butter and crackers.
Refined our navigation route and anchorages. There is nasty weather in the forecast for next week. May have 30 kt winds. Will watch and plan accordingly. We intend to find a sheltered anchorage vice getting beat up in a marina again. Current thinking anyway.
